What surprised you?
The level of engagement. Practicality and versatility
I was surprised , given that I had little energy after the last engaging seminar .-how energized I feel right now
I especially like the idea for an opening exercise at the beginning of a course.
I was surprised that we were actively involved

That I am shy about sharing my personal story with people I do no know well

Honestly too much to write. Learned things I never would have leaned otherwise.
That I am a good listener, and can keep a dialogue going. I feel my own life has been uneventful.

It gave form to an instinct I have. It's now easier to follow that instinct.
